• Convergence (CVerge) platform: A Digital Ecosystem for Sustainable Impact. The CVerge Platform is a comprehensive digital system designed to facilitate real-time data collection, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making. CVerge comprises of:
• Central Administration Service: Used by supervisors, managers, and government agencies to track interventions, analyse data and generate reports.
• Community-Based Data Management: Tracking interventions, profiling community needs, and ensuring sustainable responses.
• Community Service: Used by users of the different program services for collection of primary data, collected at source, which is synchronized for analyses in real-time.
• LECOFI Smart Household App: We have introduced a Smart Household App which is used by the Heads of households who are issued with smartphones with a LECOFI Smart Household App installed, which they use to manage the well-being of their family by updating information on health, social, education, and agriculture, etc.
• LECOFI Smart School App: We have introduced a Smart School App aimed at modernizing the school’s administration, teachers, and ultimately the student learning experience, in a technology friendly environment. In support of digital learning, the Smart School app is utilized by;
  i) School personnel (principal and teachers) issued with a smart phone and equipped to use the smart school app in order to manage attendance, track student performance, plan lessons and grade assessments.
  ii) Ministry of Education (District Office): To monitor school performance, oversee operations and ensure compliance with educational policies.
• AI Integration leveraged to equip the project beneficiaries with: – Learning, resulting in real-time educational support and to share community insights and solutions.
